Mandy Abney serves as Manager of Marketing at Dynamic Directions, where she helps turn the firm’s strategy and expertise into clear communication, strong client experiences, and well-executed programs. She works closely with D2’s leadership and coaching teams to support marketing initiatives, client communications, events, and advisor-development programs.
As a certified EQ‑i 2.0 and EQ 360 coach, Mandy helps advisors and leaders understand how emotional intelligence affects communication, confidence, relationships, and leadership effectiveness. Her approach combines assessment-backed insight with practical coaching that helps people apply what they learn in their day-to-day work.
Before joining D2 in 2022, Mandy spent more than 20 years in ministry, developing deep experience in communication, leadership, and helping people grow. She lives in Alvaton, Kentucky, with her husband, John and their 11 year old Yorkie, Bella.
