Transformation Guide

Karamjeet “Kary” Mangat, Certified Master Coach™ and Transformation Guide at Dynamic Directions, is on a path of significance, and you can be a part of it. His passion for coaching financial advisors producing between $250K and $500K in GDC who are hungry and want to grow is matched only by his ability to inspire them to new heights.

Kary came to the United States with just a few dollars in his pocket and no idea who was going to pick him up at JFK airport. He built a financial advisory practice from the ground up, ranking in the top 1% of more than 10,000 financial advisors at his broker dealer. He was also recognized by his broker dealer as an outstanding leader of the year.

After more than 30 years in the industry, he chose to begin coaching those who possess the desire, aspiration, coachability and entrepreneurial mindset to be the best in the business. His goal is to help these advisors succeed as he turns his own success into a full life of significance and giving back to others.

Kary has earned various designations including CFP®, CRPC®, MBA, an MS in Finance from Rutgers University and most recently the CIMA® designation from the Wharton School of Business and IMCA. Karamjeet got certification as Certified Master Coach from International behavioral institute in Australia. He has also received a coaching certificate from Strategic Coach in Chicago.
