Dr. Nido Qubein
Dr. Nido Qubein came to the United States as a teenager with little knowledge of English and only $50 in his pocket. His journey has been an amazing success story. The Biography Channel and CNBC aired his life story titled “A Life of Success and Significance.”
As an educator, he is president of High Point University, an undergraduate and graduate institution with 4,300 students from 40 countries. He has authored two dozen books and audio programs distributed worldwide.
As a business leader, he is chairman of the Great Harvest Bread Company with 220 stores in 43 states. He serves on the boards of several national organizations including BB&T (a Fortune 500 company with $185 billion in assets), the La-Z-Boy Corporation (one of the largest and most recognized furniture brands worldwide) and Dots Stores (a chain of fashion boutiques with more than 400 locations across the country).
As a professional speaker, Nido has received many distinctions including the Golden Gavel Medal, induction into the International Speaker Hall of Fame and is the founder of the NSA Foundation in Arizona.
He has been the recipient of many honors including The Ellis Island Medal of Honor, along with four U.S. presidents; The Horatio Alger Award for Distinguished Americans, along with Oprah Winfrey and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas; the DAR Americanism Medal, the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, Sales and Marketing International’s Ambassador of Free Enterprise, Leadership North Carolina Governor’s Award, and Citizen of the Year and Philanthropist of the Year in his home city of High Point, North Carolina.

Travis is the author of “Turbo Growth: Proven Strategies to Create an Extraordinary Life and Financial Planning Practice” along with several audio series, including “The 7 Deadly Sins Advisors Commit” and “Turbo Growth: 11 Principles for a Better Life and Practice.” He is also the founder of Kidcentric Sports and Kids Football League, two non-profit organizations seeking to improve the youth sports experience to include character development and emphasis on academic achievement and building life skills in his hometown of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Zach Gerbarg, MD
Zach Gerbarg has had a successful career as a health care consultant since founding Gerbarg & Associates, Inc. over 15 years ago. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for a private equity owned firm that is in the top 100 fastest growing health care companies in the U.S.
Zach has been responsible for budgets in excess of $150 million. Prior to forming Gerbarg & Associates, Inc., he served as the chief operating officer for a 240-physician multi-specialty group practice, with responsibility for over 1,600 employees and 180,000 patients.
Zach is a nationally recognized speaker who has designed and delivered educational programs on leadership, quality improvement and personal growth for physician executives, practicing physicians, health care administrators and other health care professionals. He has been recognized as “Teacher of the Year” in the Health Care Administration Program at Washington University in St. Louis and has served as a faculty member for the American College of Physician Executives.
A graduate of Albany Medical College, Zach is board certified in internal medicine. He spent two years as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at Yale University, where he focused on clinical epidemiology and health services delivery. He practiced medicine prior to dedicating himself full-time to leadership and consulting.
A serial entrepreneur, Greg has been starting and running businesses for more than 27 years. In 1994, he and a partner launched a home building company that has grown to be the largest builder in the state of Michigan, with more than $150 million per year in sales.
Greg is a Certified Master Coach™ and helps guide ICE participants through their challenges to build a solution customized to their needs. His extensive expertise focuses on positioning businesses for success by developing marketing and branding that sets companies apart and helps them build trust and value with their clients.

For more than 28 years Joe has been training, coaching, and leading people. He is the author of the book entitled, LIGHT ‘EM UP! How to Ignite the Fire in Your Sales Team in Just 21 Days. His second book, which is best described as “a grown up book written for the kid in you,” was released in January of this year.
