THE QUICK START PACKAGE

In the Quick Start track, we get you started and then let you run with new insurance strategies. This track is best for advisors with some knowledge of insurance who are looking for opportunities to increase sales and are willing to put in the work on your own.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION SCHEDULE:
  • 2 – 45 minute phone/webinar sessions the first three months
  • 1 – 45 minute phone/webinar session for the remaining months
WHAT DO ADVISORS GET?
  • Uncovering opportunities through a comprehensive Book of Business review
  • Individual case analysis and design
  • Role play for client meetings
  • 2 webinars on an annual basis to use for client interaction
  • Staff training webinars
  • Practice specific education on relevant insurance strategies

THE PERFORMANCE PACKAGE

The Performance track is best for advisors who want to deliver their own insurance presentations, but need some help in deciding on strategy and preparing the presentations. These are typically advisors who still want to do things on your own, but don’t have the time or staff to accomplish everything – let D2 prepare you for what you do best!

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION SCHEDULE:
  • 2 – 45 minutes phone/webinar sessions in the first three months
  • 1 – 45 minute phone/webinar session after that
  • Limited spot coaching (i.e. 15-minute call when needed for specific issues, D2 agrees on number of spot coaching calls)
  • 2 office visits annually for training on case analysis, role play, insurance processing, and prospecting dinners for existing clients (you pay travel expenses)
WHAT DO ADVISORS GET?
  • Uncovering opportunities
  • Individual case analysis design and supporting illustrations and materials
  • Role play
  • 4 webinars on an annual basis to use for client interaction
  • Staff training webinars
  • Practice specific education on relevant insurance strategies
  • 15-minute weekly touch-ins (when both parties are available)
  • Access to advisor through On Behalf Of (OBO) authorization and Box

THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE

The All-Inclusive track works like the Performance track with the added benefit that the D2 insurance specialist will also make insurance presentations to your clients. This track is best for highly productive advisors who recognize your need to sell insurance but want to focus on other areas – you can position D2’s seasoned insurance professional with your clients.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION SCHEDULE:
  • 2 – 45 minutes phone/webinar sessions in the first three months
  • 1 – 45 minute phone/webinar session after that
  • Limited spot coaching (i.e. 15-minute call when needed for specific issues, D2 agrees on number of spot coaching calls)
  • Minimum of 3 office visits annually for client presentations by your coach (minimum of 5 client appointments per day)
WHAT DO ADVISORS GET?
  • Uncovering opportunities
  • Individual case analysis design and supporting illustrations and materials
  • Role play
  • 4 webinars on an annual basis to use for client interaction
  • Staff training webinars
  • Practice specific education on relevant insurance strategies
  • 15-minute weekly touch-ins (when both parties are available)
  • Access to advisor through On Behalf Of (OBO) authorization and Box
  • Spot coaching is available based on the coach’s schedule and approval
