Designed to increase GDC and ramp up client acquisition, this program includes several groups starting at various times throughout the year. We are limited to eight AFAs in each group. The program is led by Kary Mangat, D2’s Coach, Consultant and Transformation Guide.
Group Programming – Includes nine monthly group training webinars and follow-ups on key aspects of how to grow your GDC. Led by award-winning advisors and coaches, sessions include:
- Goal Setting and Tracking
- Marketing and Referrals
- Financial Planning (Part 1) (with Bob Bonfiglio)
- Financial Planning (Part 2)
- Target and Harvest Marketing
- Professional Alliances (with Greg Mullaney)
- Life and LTC Insurance
- Beating the Competition on Rollovers (with Drew Watson)
The group will also meet separately for several mastermind sessions to help each other find solutions to their challenges.
1:1 Sessions and Bi-Weekly Reporting – Each AFA will receive monthly 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Kary to check on goal and action item progress. AFAs will also complete a bi-weekly report listing their key activities and statistics related to driving their goals.
