Ray Carothers - Transformation Guide

Ray Carothers

I began my career in the Financial Services industry in November, 1978, and earned my CFP Designation in 1989.  During my career I have been an advisor, a training manager, a divisional manager, and most recently Field Vice President.  During that time I have worked with over 500 advisors in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

In my roles I have been able to help advisors build, grow, buy and sell practices.  I have had the opportunity to learn from in-depth examinations of advisors’ practices, both good and bad.  I have worked as a coach and consultant.  In coaching I first identify and focus on how an advisor thinks about what he or she wants to achieve in order to understand the natural roadblocks and help eliminate them.  I can help you identify and implement strategies you enjoy to market your practice, design different ways to provide a quality experience for your clients, and help hire or work with your support staff.

I believe I have the ability to take what I have learned in my various leadership roles and help the advisors I work with build and grow their practices and achieve their business and personal goals.  In the past I have had responsibility for more than 250 advisors at one time.  In my current role I am working with a smaller group of advisors that allow me to delve deeper into their practices and provide them with an increased level of coaching and support.
